B-52 masterfully blends the patina and textures of the historic neighborhood with clean, modern lines and architectural refinement. The exterior contrasts white stone pilasters with a sophisticated, reclaimed brick ventilated facade. Floor to ceiling windows reveal sweeping views over the historic center with glimpses of Sofia’s monuments and Vitosha mountain – a backdrop to the cityscape. B-52 sits harmoniously in the urban fiber as an elegant contributor to the renaissance of this colorful neighborhood

“This is the finish of a long journey, which at the end of the day – from every idea and each of the variations that we made, something was brought to and left in the final design. Our goals were firstly to deliver something from natural materials, and it to be contemporary in its design, but not executed in the “cheap” modern materials. We didn’t want materials that imitate other materials. No – this project had to be truely something honest and real, where the brick is brick, the concrete is concrete and the wood is wood.”
